Action Learning is a great way for multi-disciplinary teams to discuss a particular case study, or for professional teams to work through challenges to existing ways of working, as everyone has an equal opportunity to participate, and the set leader can draw on the skills and knowledge of everyone in the room. It has been used globally throughout the corporate and public sectors to enhance operational and strategic processes, while we are able to tailor each Action Learning Set towards a specific project focus.
