About Jigsaw Initiatives
The Jigsaw Initiatives logo represents the unique path that we each follow to search for the specific missing elements that are required to complete our own jigsaw puzzle. We provide facilitation and coaching services which help individuals discover their own solutions to the problems they face. Our Action Learning Facilitation and Training suits a range of sectors: SMEs, large corporate businesses, early years, health and social care, education and the public sector and Facilitator Training can be delivered on or off site.
We recognise the value of high-quality staff and the importance of effective role modelling and engagement, and we are fully committed to providing high quality courses to educate and inspire participants to progress in their career path. Tailoring practice to organisational needs, employing a skilled and experienced workforce, and having an open and reflective culture are paramount in terms of good practice.
“I set up Jigsaw Initiatives because I wanted to help develop the capabilities and engagement of adults who support children’s learning and welfare needs. Throughout my journey I have learnt how inspirational leadership starts from conversations that are built on transparency, trust and effective induction and mentoring before people are able to improve on what they do. I provide specific coaching, team building and individual leadership support.”
