At Jigsaw Initiatives, we help London based professionals develop effective communication and core leadership skills through Action Learning – skills which are often the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle in a person’s personal development.
Led by Arminé Guzelian, Jigsaw Initiatives’ facilitation and coaching services are based around Action Learning, a model which encourages accountability, reflection and self-management of conflict and communication. This structured and practical method sees a small group working together and using collective intelligence to find a solution. As well as inspiring creative and flexible strategies, participants learn how to address complicated issues and inspire transparency and trust. In turn, they become more effective, skilled and experienced leaders. Jigsaw Initiatives can facilitate sessions or lead professional development courses, providing an invaluable resource to organisations of all sizes, from businesses to the public sector, across educational and Early Years settings, clinical and health teams, and multi-disciplinary teams.
